Cookie Policy

Explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on bindloops.com (the public website and sign-up at /onboarding). It does not cover the Bindloops CRM, agents' public pages, or Compass, which have their own notices. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We also use your browser's local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way but are not sent to our server. In this policy, "cookies" means all of them.

3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn how many people visit the site and which pages help them. Google's tag loads only if you click "Accept." Until you accept, or if you decline, it does not load and stores no cookies in your browser. We do not connect the site to Google Ads. 4. What we do not use
We do not use advertising pixels (such as Meta's), session recording, ad-targeting cookies, or third-party chat tools. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site's fonts are served from our own servers.
If you pay for a subscription, payment happens on Stripe's page (checkout.stripe.com), which uses its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. Stripe controls those cookies under its own policy.
5. How to change your choice
- On our site: use "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page, or the "Configure cookies" button on this page, to see the notice again and change your choice. You can also clear bindloops.com's data in your browser, and we will ask you again.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your settings. If you block the locale cookie, the site will still work but may not remember your language.
- Google opt-out: Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining analytics cookies in that browser: we do not turn them on and we do not show you the notice. Although we do not sell or share data for advertising, we honor that signal as your privacy choice.
7. Visitors outside the U.S.
Bindloops is a service for insurance professionals in the United States. Wherever you visit from, we turn on non-essential cookies only with your prior consent.
8. Changes
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this policy and the date above. If we add cookies that need your permission, we will ask you again.
