SMS Consent
Last updated: November 3, 2026 · Leer en español
Insurance agencies and agents that use Bindloops only text people who give their consent. This page shows how that consent is requested on their forms ("Bindloops Text Messaging" program).
Sample consent checkbox
Illustrative sample: this page does not send any data. On the real forms the box is unchecked, optional, and the form can be submitted without checking it.
How consent is given
- On the agency's form (for example, to request an appointment or a quote), by checking the SMS box, which is never pre-checked.
- The date, time, form or keyword used, and the text agreed to are recorded.
- Each message identifies the agency or agent that sends it.
Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP, among others (CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or the Spanish BAJA), to stop receiving messages. You will receive one last message confirming it.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@bindloops.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing.
