Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026 · Leer en español

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Bindloops, including the AI assistants and automations you configure.

Beta version. This document applies during the beta and may change after legal review; we will notify you before any material change. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the English version controls.

1. Messages, calls, and emails

  • You contact only people who gave the consent required by law (the TCPA and state laws). For calls or messages that use an artificial or AI voice, and for automated marketing messages, you need prior express written consent.
  • You do not use purchased, scraped, or third-party lists, or "shared" leads whose consent does not name your agency.
  • With Medicare beneficiaries, you do not make calls, send texts, leave voicemails, or send social media direct messages they did not request, even if you hold a general consent.
  • You honor the National Do Not Call Registry, internal do-not-call lists, and permitted calling hours (generally 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the contact's local time, or the stricter hours of their state).
  • You promptly honor opt-out requests (STOP, "don't call me," unsubscribe links) on every channel.
  • You identify yourself and your agency in every message and call, and give the recording notice when you record.
  • You follow the rules of Meta, phone carriers (A2P 10DLC), and email providers.

2. Insurance

  • You offer products only in the states where you hold an active license and appointment.
  • You do not offer premium refunds, gifts, or prohibited inducements (anti-rebating).
  • You do not make false or misleading statements: for example, promising returns, calling insurance "free," or implying that you act on behalf of the government or Medicare.
  • You do not present life insurance or an annuity as an investment, a savings plan, or a retirement plan, and you do not give advice about 401(k)s, IRAs, stocks, or funds unless you hold a securities license.
  • You do not show projections of non-guaranteed values (tables, charts, or growth figures) outside the insurer's official illustration.
  • You follow CMS rules for Medicare, including the rules on marketing, the TPMO disclaimer, appointments (Scope of Appointment), and recording of sales calls.
  • You ask the insurer or your FMO to approve marketing material that names an insurer or a product before you publish it.
  • You do not use carrier logos or names without permission.

3. Content

  • You do not publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, sexual, violent, hateful, or that involves minors.
  • Testimonials are genuine and backed by written consent; images and music are licensed.
  • You do not upload content that infringes copyrights or trademarks.

4. Artificial intelligence

  • AI assistants that speak or write with your contacts identify themselves as AI at the start and whenever asked; you do not configure them to pose as a person or as a licensed agent.
  • You do not create voices, images, or videos that imitate a real person without their written permission.
  • You review what the AI generates before you publish or send it.

5. Data and security

  • During the beta you do not upload Social Security numbers, medical documents, or other health or government identification information, including in notes or attachments.
  • You do not try to access other agencies' or users' data, or test for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • You do not reverse engineer the service, extract data from it in an automated way, or overload it.
  • You do not share your login or password.

6. New York

You do not use Bindloops to contact, quote, or sell to New York residents.

7. What we do about violations

Depending on severity, we may warn you, pause sending or automations, remove content, suspend or close the account, and report to authorities when the law requires it. Where possible, we will notify you first and tell you how to fix it.
